We're pleased to announce the winners!
Thank you to everybody who entered, we were really impressed with the enthusiasm for the competition this year with more entries than ever before! Competition for the prizes of £100 Asda vouchers for the winning entries and £25 for the runners up was hot!
Unfortunately, there can only be one winner (and a runner up, for both the 15 and under and 16 and over categories)! And here they are.
16 and Over Category
Shaun Hill, Winner
The judges thought this image captured the essence of Open Farm Sunday brilliantly. As an image they thought the focus and composition was excellent. They also liked the way the fence leads the eye into the image. Congratulations, Shaun, a fantastic winner!
Marie Richards, Runner up
15 and Under Category
Alicia Xhediku, Winner
The judges were impressed with Alicia's image, with the snout and eye both in focus. What is also great about this image is that it was clearly taken quite close up, demonstrating the engagement with the animals at Open Farm Sunday. A great winner, Alicia, well done!
Tomas Scoble, Runner up
Thank you to our judges
